The Menu

Helen’s renowned cuisine is a wonderful blend of Swedish, French and International flavours.
Breakfast:
A candlelit Continental or Cooked Breakfast is served with fresh bread, croissants, confiture, cereal, muesli, fruit juice, tea & coffee.
Afternoon tea:
After a wonderful day of skiing you will return to a warming fire and the aroma of freshly baked cakes & tea.
Apres Ski:
Catered guests are free to relax and enjoy a well earned glass of
wine or beer after skiing.
Dinner:
A wonderful home cooked three course dinner (including wine).
Catered evenings are normally served on five out of seven nights and all but one night of a ski weekend.
Children's Menu:
Keeping tired and hungry children waiting is never recommended.
We serve an early menu for your children that includes dinner, dessert, drinks and snacks.
